Gala dinner of the Empire of the Rising Sun

On February 25, 2015 at the restaurant of grand hotel Bulgaria, under the patronage of His Excellency Mr Takashi Koizumi, Ambassador of Japan, gala dinner of the Union Club took place, it marked the excellent relations between our two countries.
The menu was specially composed by the ambassador`s wife Mrs Koizumi, and the execution was entrusted to the chief cook of the embassy.
Mr Christo Kourteff, president of the Union Club made a toast with the traditional sake in honour of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
The Ambassador of the Empire of the Rising Sun in short but meaningful speech pointed out the wonderful diplomatic, economic and cultural relations between Japan and Bulgaria.
The evening ended with the traditional for the Union Club waltzes.
